1. General Terms

1.1. Applicable Laws
The use of materials and services on the Site is subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan.

1.2. Acceptance of Agreement
This Agreement constitutes a Public Offer. By accessing the materials on the Site, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.3. Modification of Terms
The Site administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will take effect three days after posting the revised Agreement on the Site. If the User does not agree to the updated terms, they are obligated to discontinue access to the Site and cease using the materials and services.

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

2.1. Compliance with Laws and Site Rules
The User agrees not to take any actions that may violate the laws of Pakistan or international laws related to intellectual property, copyrights, and related rights. Additionally, the User must not engage in any actions that may cause or result in a malfunction of the Site and its services.

2.2. Copyrighted Materials
Unauthorized use of materials from the Site is prohibited. To lawfully use the Site's materials, a licensed agreement (or license) must be obtained from the copyright holders.

2.3. Attribution Requirement
When citing the Site's materials, including copyrighted works, providing a link to the Site is mandatory.

2.4. User Content
Comments and other user-generated content on the Site must adhere to the laws of Pakistan and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.

2.5. External Resources
The User acknowledges that the Site administration is not responsible for the visitation and use of external resources linked on the Site.

2.6. Liability Disclaimer
The User agrees that the Site administration is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Site's contents, copyright registration, goods and services obtained from external websites or resources, or any other interactions resulting from the use of information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

2.7. Advertising
The User acknowledges that all Site materials and services may be accompanied by advertising. The Site administration is not liable or obligated for such advertising.

3. Other Terms

3.1. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the current laws of Pakistan.

3.2. Relationship
This Agreement does not establish agent relations, partnership relations, joint activities, personal recruiting relations, or any other type of relations between the User and the Site administration, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

3.3. Severability
If a court deems any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the other provisions in the Agreement.

3.4. Enforcement
The Site administration's inaction in response to any User violations of this Agreement does not waive their right to take appropriate actions to defend their interests and copyrights on the Site materials, as protected by the law.
